Upper body exercises for the woman who does NOT want to bulk up...?!


Question: Upper body exercises for the woman who does NOT want to bulk up!.!.!.!?
I really do need advice on arm, shoulder and back work outs!! The few I know utilize weights and I bulk easily- I want toned, thinner arms- NOT muscular and ripped!.
How can I achieve this!? Thank you!!

When you want to tone, you have to use low weights and high reps!.

Keep lifting weights and doing the exercises you know and you are comfortable with, but use light weights, even if it feels easy!. Do a high number of repetitions and you will start to feel it working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want tone use less weight like an 8lb dumb bell should be good!. Start with reps of 10 and try to do at least 5, rest 30 seconds in between reps!. If you are standing facing a mirror take the dumbell and lift your arms straight in front of you this will work your shoulders, then lift them away from your body so your arms are stretch away from your legs, this is also for shoulders!. Curls are for your bicep, and reverted curls (take the weight over your head and aiming for the middle of your back) will work the back of your arms!. Use between 5 and 8 lb weights and you should be good to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those aerobic fitness tapes!.!. you know how they move their arms in circles and they move their arms like they are lifting weights, but are not holding anything!. all that helps!.
Light resistance bands are helpful to use!.
The Slim in 6 videos focuses on toning and slimming, so if you get a chance to see one of those, or an example on youtube or soemthing, that may give you an idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do the regular exercises bench press lat pulldown shoulder press its a huge misconception that women think they will use weight and bulk up since they dont have the hormone of testosterone its very very hard to bulk

women do not bulk up without anabolics
so u can try dumbell presses, spider curls, skull crushers and put enough weight where u feel you muscles getting a workout
