so lets say ure trying to lose weight and so u eat only lunch and dinner is this healthy? also is it true that water can make u full and would it be unhealthy to drink water only when u are hungry any other time? anyone have tips on easy and fast weight loss? only about like 5 or 10 pounds though.

you need to eat to lose weight... it sounds funny but its true... your metabolism will not be working well if you don't eat... liquids can be used to replace meals but they have to have nutritional value! jamba juice is very good for 4-5 servings of fruit... milk is good but not for whole meals...
