Question: Are MBT walking shoes worth the money and do they really work!?
Before I plunk down $230 for a pair, I thought I'd check to see if anyone has used these before!? Are they comfortable enough to walk several miles in!? Do they make your legs tired!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have them and I didn't notice any difference with them!. I wore them for 3 months!. I teach, so I was walking and on my feet constantly!. The only thing I noticed was people telling me how ugly they were!Www@Answer-Health@Com
