Answers:
Invest in a protein powder!. Personally I use Optimum Nutrition 100% whey Gold Standard because you can get it in 10 pound bags (it saves you a ton of money) It's fast and easy!. Drink one right after you finish working out!. I also drink one when I wake up in the morning!. It's a dairy product tho so if you're allergic you can find a soy protien powder!.

I also take a casein protien powder shake before bed!. It's probably a little advanced for you right now but it's a very slow digesting protien so your muscles stay fed while you're sleeping!. (idealy, mix the 2 kinds together)

as for solid food egg WHITES are where the protein is at!. You'll see body builders who eat like 12 eggs a day but they'll only have like 2 whole eggs!. The other 10 they'll eat the egg whites only (only reason I don't is I hate eggs)

NATURAL peanut butter is great because it's high in protien and calories so if you're trying to bulk up it helps but make sure it's natural!.

Chicken Breasts are 99% lean so they're an ideal meat!.

Steak is great but don't get a cut that's too fatty!.

Turkey breasts are very lean and great!.

and if you like fish Tuna and Salmon are 2 good ones (I don't like fish but other than that, eggs aside, the above is the majority of my protien intake)Www@Answer-Health@Com
