Question: Diet mistake! I feel BAD! Will I be okay!?!?!?!?
ok so on january 1st i started a healthy eating plan!. I weighed 193!. Now i weigh 163!. BUT! last friday i hate some junk food, but not alot!. Then saturday and sunday I pigged out!. And now today on Monday I pigged out!. I plan to get back on track as soon as possible! It not my fault that i pigged out!. So many people were eating and the food looked so good!. My grandmother forced me to eat!. Now my doctor might be pissed!. Will i be okay if I get back on track as soon as possible!. Like tomorrow!. I feel bad!. Very very BAd!. :-(Www@Answer-Health@Com

a few days of cheating wont hurt you as long as they are very few and far between, you have to cheat a little sometimes whats life without guilt free pigging out every so often! now focus on getting back on track!. and dont cheat again for a long time (but when that time comes dont beat yourself up) you sound like you know your limits, be reasonable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do some extra exercise to help burn the calories off!.
and yes just get back on track ASAP!. it's not like the doctor's going to know if you've lost that much weight already anywayWww@Answer-Health@Com
