I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you accidently posted this in the wrong category. should be in men's health.
but just incase you actually MEANT to put it in Diet and Fitness, I shall humor you (and myself) with a diet and fitness answer:
maybe the left nut is more active and weighs less. maybe the two got into a fight, and the left one knocked the right one down and he's passed out. Maybe the right one is doing some stretching exercises to get bigger and is reaching for the floor.
or it could be that Im just a total smartalec and trying to get you to smile. Its NORMAL!!!!!!! almost every man I have seen (well, just the men I have dated...like 5, including my husband) has one lower than the other. :)
