Proper way to run?!


Question:

Proper way to run?

i heard the proper way to run was on your toes, not with your heels. is this true? and why is it so hard for me to run like this?

arms at 90 degrees
there's a stick attached to your hip. BREAK IT!
don't salute
knees up, toes up
land on your toes (I shouldn't be able to hear you)
opposite arm, opposite leg
an inch off your stride is an inch off of your 40 time
parallel squat is the key to speed
bring your arm all the way back
forward lean
reach forward
do not straighten your arm in the back
do not cross your arms in front
you arms will carry you through the run
