Exercise routines???!
Question: Exercise routines!?!?!?
I use to the same work out for the past 2 weeks but I read its bad now I switched it a little telool me how it is!.!.!.!.5'11 165 LBS 16yrs old
1st day!.!.!.
-Sit up- 4 sets of around 25-35 reps!.!.!.around 115 tottal
-Push Ups- 3 sets of 10 or 100 reps!.!.around tottal 30 (hurts where I had my hernia thats why I cant do to many)
-Dips- 5 sets of 10-13 reps!.!. around 55 tottal!.!.!.
2nd day!.!.!.!.
(should I be using 100 or 80 more reps less restince or more restince less reps!?!?)
80 LBS I switch once and a while when I'm tired!.!.!.
-Bench press- 6 sets form 15-17 reps!.!. around 87 tottal
-100LBS- 5 sets 5-9 reps!.!. around 32 tottal!.!.
-Curls- 50 LBS- 5 sets 20 reps!.!.100 tottal
-Shoulder shrugs- 100LBS 4 sets 20-30 reps,,arouynd 100 tottal!.!.!.
