Work out every day or every other dayfor a 14 yr old?!


Question:

Work out every day or every other dayfor a 14 yr old?

so my nightly routine is to do curls, crunches, push ups, and shoulder raises. I am wondering if it is healthy for me to do it every night and take a night or 2 off every now and then or if i should do it every other night. any clue?

well if it is not good to work out at night then should i work out in the morning or noon or what?

it's fine to work out at night. people tend to comment have little or no experience in the subject matter and just repeat whatever they've heard (which is generally wrong).

first thing: you shouldn't work the same muscle group every night. in fact, you shouldn't work it every other night either. it should be once per week. no more.no less.

second: you need to work your entire body. if you don't, you will be creating an imbalance throughout your body. so after you've worked your bi's for a while and they're stronger, you'll go to lift something heavy and your chest and or shoulder joints won't be able to. injury.
