Best Back of the arms Workout?!


Question: Best Back of the arms Workout!?
I really want to workout the back of my arms,
and i take 5 pound weights, and move my arms back, then front,
any other suggestions!?

arms squats with a chair with your feet extended outward so that you on a slant like a 45 degree angle and your arms placed on the edge of the chair (where you sit your butt) do 3 reps, 12 each time

or with a weight extend your arm back (so the back of your arm is parallel with your shoulder) and bring back forward

You do already push ups but do you do them like this!? Try push ups with you hands directly under your shoulders and keep your elbows in and close to your sides!. Keeping your arms in and not sticking out is the key!. This should really work the back of your arms!. Dips are also very good but in my opinion not as good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dips!. You can do them anywhere and you do not need weights!.
Put your hands and a chair, put your body in front of the chair facing away from it and dip all the way down and extend all the way up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
