Question: If i take creatine and work out for like 3 months and then stop taking it will it all turn to fat!.!?
I've heard all the muscle is just from water so u get fat if you stop taking it!. BUT I WILL KEEP WORKING OUT JUST WITHOUT CREATIN!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It depends on what kind of creatine you get!. There are many different kinds made by different companies!. Creatine Monohydrate absorbs water and doesn't add it to the muscle!. But, if you can't get this kind then you may have some water added to your muscles, but it's not a big problem if you lose it, it won't damage anything and it won't turn into fat!.

Also, don't believe a lot about what people say about the negative side affects of creatine, almost all of them are myths!. Creatine is something your body makes on its own, but it doesn't make enough, so consuming some won't change how much your body makes on its own, unless you take too much!. An easy way to think about it: taking creatine is like taking vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no its all nonsense!.I used creatine but it didnt help me gain weight but it helped me recover quicker!.What you can do to gain good weight is have a good diet and use whey protein post workout!.Supplement dont play a major role in building ur body!.Your diet and workout does!.Well i gotta remind you that if you are doing creatine drink good amounts of water!.1 gallon is not necessary but atleast 1/2 per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats wt every says!.!.so dont stop working out!.!.but u shouldnt of took it from the beggining!.!.try protein is better and ur muscle u get it wont turn in to fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
