Help loosing weight?!


Question: Help loosing weight!?
I am 13 years old!.!.i feel uncomfrontable with how I look!. It makes me just want to cry everytime i look in the mirror!. I weigh about 135!. and im about 5'2!. so it doesnt look good at all! and i have been very desperate to loose weight!. It has became a problem and is affecting everything i do!. I want to loose about 20 pounds and keep it off!. I would be soooo much happier!. Any advice for me!? Anything would be awesome! It is really hard for me to be like this!. I just want to be able to wake up and feel good about myself!. I have been trying to stick with a diet, but i feel like i havent tried my hardest!. I feel pressured into eating foods that are bad for you when i am hungry because that is what i am used to!. :[ I would love help with breakfast, lunch, dinner!. something that a 13 year old would like any suggestions!.I want to loose it by the end of the summer!. And i want it to be easy! A 13 year old girl like me is hard to keep away from fatty foods!. so i reallly need help thank you all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is one simple solution!. exersice, eat right for most of the part, u can still eat some but try to stay away!. Dont do diets they only do bad for u,

if u take one thing out of this exercise at least 10 minutes a day for a good start and make it harder every day

diet-eating only certain types of food ex: just tea, just fish things like that

Eating Healthy: Look at the food pyramid and eat the proper amounts of food listed, healthy food doesnt nessacarily mean it doesnt taste good their are plenty of substitutes for fatty foodsWww@Answer-Health@Com

i no exactly how u eel, i totally under stadn im the same and im 15, it sucks!.!.there are presures at school all the time to look good!.!.!.i am a swimmer so its very hard to b in a swimsuit in front of others!. i've been trying and i think that with exercise and sports and an occasional splurge u'll b ok! ur beautiful how u are! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
