i want to loose weight before september. i want to loose atleast 15-20 pounds. What can i do? im looking for a weekly eating plan that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. a weekly exersize plan, and anything else you can come up with that will actually help!thanks!best answer gets 10 points!
