Will I lose if I do this?!


Question: Will I lose if I do this!?
If I eat 1500 calories per day(not from junk) when I normally eat 2000, and I excersize twice a day totalling 90 mins, will I lose weight!? It's more important that I lose it for good and not just get rid of it quickly with some crazy scheme!. I'm only trying to lose 7 lbs!. Is this the right way to go about it or what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as the calories you are consuming are good ones then you are starting out right!. I think you may be over exercising but if one of your exercise sessions is quite gentle, that's okay!.

If you want the weight loss to be long lasting, then start a regime that is realistic and that you can sustain!. I don't think anyone can sustain 90 minutes of exercise every day!. You need to have rest days after the gym to recover and give your muscles a rest!.

Make sure you are eating low fat, low salt and low sugar foods, no refined foods, plenty of fruit, vegetables and nuts / seeds for protein!. Good luck!.

How much do you weigh now!? It highly depends on your body and type of exercise!. Experiment!. It make take a long time to drop those last few pounds if your already in good shape!. Try it and if it doesn't work then drop more calories or exercise more!. Be sure to eat healthier if your going to eat less!. That is important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
