Hi, i'm 24 so a big girl and know the risks of extreme dieting lol
Its my birthday in july and on a diet already and have lost 10lbs in just under 2 weeks!.
The thing is i got these trousers i am determined to fit back into for my bday!.
at the mo i am taking green tea capsules and eating salad, veg and fruit with the occasional grilled chicken!.

anyone got any good ideas!?!?!?

dear 24 girl, avoid roasted including grilled chick!. dont skip food!. less food will definitely make loose weight!. chocolates cakes candies icecreams milkshakes are your enemies!. do a lot of yoga and u will enjoy less food!. have a nice bday partyWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'm looking to lose 35-40lbs too!. In the last month I lost 10 lbs, I most likely could have lost more if i stayed on my diet & exercised!. So i recommend that you exercise like 5-6 days a week for about an hour (make sure you are doing cardio exercises/get your heart rate up)!. Sounds like you have a good diet, remember no sodas or too sweet drinks!. Drink lots of water, at least 2 liters a day & eat the fruits for breakfast salad for lunch or dinner (dressing not to high in cal!.), if you plan on eatting grilled chicken make sure you eat it for lunch, dinner should be light and eat before 7pm!. PS are the green tea capsules working for you!? cause i've always wondered about those but i'm not sure if i should try them!. GOOD LUCK!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a gallon of water a day, i can comfortably drink a gallon in 8 hours!. Eat four small, healthy meals a day!. Remember that Breakfast starts your metabolism for the day and dinner keeps it going through the night!. Go for walks every night, make them an hour and a half to two hour walks!. If you can then work out, try a Gym or something similar!. Mainly watch what you eat, no butter no mayonnaise no candy no soda, If you want something to drink other than water than drink tea with no sugar or Honey!. You can do it!. If you get into this routine then you'll loose more than 38lbs!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
