You need Calcium and Vitamin D for strong bones and Tofu is not the best source, in fact rather lousy!. Tofu is good for OTHER stuff but not this!.

What you want is SOY MILK [Chocolate is megayummy for your tummy], not Tofu!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
