Question: Summer work out plan please help me make one 10 points for best one!?
i want to give myself a make over this summer i want to look like chibi ^__^

anyways i need a work out plan i have belly fat, arm flab, huge legs and thighs etc!.!. i need to lose between 15-30 pounds but im not sure how to go about doing it

i know to walk and eat healthy but i would like a few work out ruties so please list some things that i should be doing and the time of day to do them i have 2 summer classes at school one is tue!.wen,thur 1-2:30 then my next one is tue/thu 8-11:30 so thoes times are out for exersizeing

I'm always a fan of resistance, or body weight exercises, like pushups, burpies, etc!.

Start with a low amount, do 3 sets of ten (even doing wall pushups to start) do them 2/3 times throughout the day!. Like in the morning and at night!.!.!. slowly add reps!.

Do cardio for at least 20-30 minutes, brisk walking, biking, swimming!.

DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE do lunges or squats without making absolutely certain you have the proper technique!. It's a really great way (for people even in the best condition) to totally mess up their knees!.

Exercise is best done when you feel best, if you're a morning person do it then, if you're a night person do it then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something u enjoy! If u like to dance, by all means, turn some tunes on and dance!! If u like boxing then get a tai-boe video and get to it!. If u like cycling, then go for a bike ride!. Personally I like the trampoline!.
I would suggest to work out constantly, even while ur in the car, contract your abs and glutes!. If ur active all the time your metabolism will continuasly run pretty fast!.
Also eat about 6 times a day really small protean meals, like maybe a hard boiled egg or two, some shashimi, or a little lean beef!.
Mostly try to keep it somewhat sporadic, other wise u may end up getting bored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat foods that have !.5 grams or less of trans fat!. I went to the market and stocked up on Lean Cuisines and Lean Pockets, Special K Red Berries cereal, breakfast bars, juice, wheat crackers!.!.!.

Every night, do reps of push ups (on your kness works too), crunches, V-ups, lunges, squats!.

I've only been doing it for a week and I've already lost inches everywhere! The first couple days might be hard because you will be hungry!. But if you snack on all those things throughout the day, it will be able to hold you over until lunch and dinner!. Don't let yourself get to the point of starvation, and don't get to where you are so full you feel like you can't move!.

The more healthy snacks the better!. If you choose to have bread, make sure it's wheat bread!. If you're a dessert person like me (my weakness is ice cream) buy those Snackwell's cookies!. Whenever I feel like having dessert, I have 2 of those!.

It really does work!. Just make sure you are doing those workouts at night before bed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
