Sure, but you have to be coming from the positive side of it!. Tell yourself "I will have a great day, I am _______, _______, ______ "(Fill in with positive word about yourself!. "I will show my happy and funloving side and apreciate every experience of my day!." Do this while looking in the mirror and say it out loud!. It also helps if you say it while smiling and sounding up beat, even if that's not what you are feeling at the time!. Do this every morning!. Also other things that will help; Wake up earlier than usual everyday and go for a brisk walk telling yourself positive things during the entire walk!. Eating health is a big key in mood, if you eat junk, you'll feel like junk!. Plain and simple!. Keeping your mind set busy and positve will help you feel better sooner than you think!. Meditating will assist in calming your mind and body to make space for your personal healing to begin!. Also, doing for others ( or ppl less fortunate than yourself) can really help because you will be proud of helping out!. Setting goals for yourself and giving it your BEST effort can really boost confidence!. Example: Sign up for a walk-a-thon and train for it, complete the activity and you'll feel great!. Join and Book Club, take a Self Defense class, learn to skydive, get some people together and go to a confidence/team building course, the sky is the limit (Literally!.)
