Question: I have a question about eating right and being healty :)!?
I generally eat well but I want to loose a few pounds!. I just cant resist specialty coffee (which can have quite a few calories once you factor in the syrip etc!.), and ice cream or things that resemble icecream ( gelato, frozen yogurt, sorbet, smoothies, slurpies etc!.)!. So if I want to eat healthily, how often can I have these treats!? thanks ppl :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once a week!. Starbucks has specialty syrups that are sugar free; caramel, hazelnut, vanilla and mocha!. Get lowfat milk too!. That will make quite a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
