What are some good exercises I can do at home without equipment?!


Question: What are some good exercises I can do at home without equipment!?
I am too broke to pay the gym fees this summer and have no access to the campus gym during the hours it is open!. What are some good exercises that I can do at home that doesn't require weights or other equipment!? Stuff besides running, biking, or going to the beach- those are obvious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do dips, push ups, squats, lunges, wall squats!. another exericse is call up-down where you jog in place and then you hit the floor, start with your chest first and then let your legs drop!. you see football players do this so make sure its outside or on something soft!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I like pilates a lot!. They are great for both weight loss and muscle building!. You can go online and order workout dvd's for $20 to $40, or I have found them in thrift stores for bout five bucks!. All you need for 'equipment' is a thick rubber mat!.

The 'bender ball' system is good too and inexpensive; order online from the website, it comes with videos, a ball and again, you just need a good mat!. (benderball!.com)

There are some fun dance dvd's if you want a more cardio centered workout!.

If you want to try any of the types of workout before you invest, check them out of the library first, or borrow from a friend!. You might be surprised how many friends have a shelf of these things!! Yard sales are big right now, you can pick them up-with some ankle or small weights from those who gave up-for next to nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay this is odd but realld helps your obliques we do this at my gymnastics practices and it makes me rip so what you do is lay on your side put one arm around your head and one arm right in front of your chest lift up your legs and your head at the same time you will feel it and you can do sit ups and push ups and squats and hammersWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure what your budget is like but check out P90X!.com!. They have a 12-CD pack of excellent excercises to do at home!. You just need about an hour everyday to do them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
