How can I lose 3 inches off my waist in 8 days?!


Question: How can I lose 3 inches off my waist in 8 days!?
I am dieting and exercising 2x day!. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could try extensive cardio and Pilate's!. Also a water pill could help shed excessive water weight!. But you would have to starve yourself to loose a whole bunch in such a short amount of time and that's not healthy at all!. You'll end up gaining more because you deprived yourself and now your body will hold on to any calories you give it and when you binge because your so Hungary you can't stand it any longer you'll gain even more weight and in turn be much harder to get of than the first try!. Try eating 6 small meals a day especially breakfast, yogurt but in small portion so you aren't starving! Hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless you have liposuction (which i don't recommend) 8 days is way too small a time frame to shave off 3 inches, you're going to need at least a couple of months to notice a significant difference!. Give it time, if it's 8 days to fit into a dress or something, then i recommend some sort of undergarment such as a corset or something,

also dieting is not the only answer, eat regular, smaller meals throughout the day, this then causes for your body to realise its hardly hungry, and utilise your fat for energy :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

You can't!. and seriously exercising 2x a day is not good for you, you can get injured and get very ill!. I have been there and it was not healthy at all!. Just take your time, why are you trying to get 3 inches off your waist in 8 days!? what is going to happen in 8 days that is so important!? nothing is more important than your health and well being, ask yourself if you are willing to be sick for that event coming up!. That is not really a healthy goal BUT if you have to do it then i would say eat under 1000 calories a day!. Only eat chicken, fish, egg whites, rice and fruit!. Do ALOT of cardio and work on your abs as well!. You could try taking supplements too like hydroxycut or one of the generic brands of that!. That is pretty much all you can do though!. This will be a hard goal to accomplish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.
