What are iso-hold dumbbell curls?!

Question: What are iso-hold dumbbell curls!?
I'm not sure what these are and can't find any information on them!.!.!.the only thing I can think of is that you curl like a regular db curl but at the top, you hold it there for a few seconds or something instead of going back down!? Anyone know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Iso-hold DB curls means that you pause on the isometric part of the lift and then continue the motion!.

So if you were to start with your arms and the dumbells at your side, you would begin the lift to curl the DBs, then you would pause the isometric motion at probably a little past 90 degrees (or slightly after your forearms would be parallel to the floor) for a one or two count, then finish the motion, lower the weight to starting position and repeat for 8-15 reps!. I would think that you do both arms at the same time as well!.

Im 99% sure that is what the exercise is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
