Any suggestions to get into shape quick for the police academy?
In two weeks I have to take a physical fitness test for the State Police, and I am struggling a little on the requirements. I've always been athletic, but this past year I've really been out of shape. I need to do 30 sit-ups in 1 min. 13 push-ups, and run a mile and a half in 17 min. I am good on the run, but the sit-ups and push-ups are giving me a little trouble! I'm not too far off, I just need an extra push to get me comfortable. Any suggestions to get myself in shape in only two weeks?

I would get one of those exercise balls it is really good for stomach strengthening crunches and you can do some modified push up's off of it. the ball is only around 20$
