How much should i lift in gym? my body wight is 146 lbs, 25/m?!


Question: How much should i lift in gym!? my body wight is 146 lbs, 25/m!?
i m going gym 6 days week !? i start my gym when i was 22yr!.
i lift bench press - 225 lbs , dead lift -295 , squat-225 but i want to go more than this!.
should i have to !? or this the last for my wight class !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can always strive to lift heavier, it just depends what you want to accomplish!. If your goal is in overall strength and bulk then continue to lift heavy, say 5 sets of 5 reps or 4 x 6!. If you just want to be in ideal shape and have a great fitness level then 3 sets of 8-10 with a medium-high level weight is really all you need!.
Your maxes aren't bad for your weight if their one rep, but not too good for how long you've been going at it for and your age!.
I myself are 17 and 158, and can bench 190 (not so good) but can squat 275 and deadlift over 300!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest if you can take it up a notch

bench - 250-275
dead lift 300-310
squat not to much more because lots of damage can be done to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
