Sounds what your doing is good, you can also do planks, which is when you balance on your toes and elbows for about a minute,, rest, then do it again!. its a great workout for your abs!. you can also get in the situp position, but instead of sitting up, move side to side, bending at you abs!.
stick to a good diet, veggies could help!.

I've worked my abs for just over 2 years now and I found that resistance crunches work the best!.
You can do this by using resistance bands or weights while you do crunches!.

As for diet, keep low fat, high protein a key component, some people can have killer abs but not actually have them shown due to a layer of fat covering them!. Cardio exercise will help with this!.

In short: Plenty of resistance based crunches maintained with a good diet - high protein, low fat, some carbs and plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you got less body fat you will see the abs more, use a ball if it gets to easy put a weight on your chest and do crunches with the ball!.

don't eat fatty foods!. eat red meat and fish eggs and so on !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do exercises to workout your CORE like get some dumbbells anything that works your core will show results in your abs, i don't work out my abs at all and i have ok abs because of weightsWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're thinner, your abs will show more!.
It's good you're seeing results from your body ball, so keep it up!.
Lay flat on your back with knees bent!.
Put your arms out in front of your reaching for your knees!.
Sit up enough to touch your knee caps and HOLD for 5 seconds and then go back!. Repeat!.
Here are some good ideas:
1!. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming!.
2!. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State!.
3!. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
