I am 20 years old and weight 170lbs i am 5'5" i would really like to be at 130 i have drastically cut back on my intake of food for about a month now and i have lost nothing i will be getting a treadmill in a couple days help pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Have 3 meals a day + snacks in between!.

if u can drink bitterguard juice n more n more of vegitable juice!.!.
