hi! i am 14 years old and am about 5'0 to 5'1 tall!.!.i am 116 pounds!.!.i would like to get down to 100-105 because that would mean having less body fat and i want to be able to fit into a bikini and look good!.!.i plan on eating 1000 calories one day, then 1100 calories the next, then back down to 1000!.!.dont try to tell me its unhealthy!! just tell me how much i can lose by June 17th on this diet if i stick to it!.!.i would also do exercise like cardio and videos!.!.thanks so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey again!

I think you should upper the calories to 1500, because with the amount you've put there, there is no way near enough energy and you will start to feel tired as you go along!.

Its also all about getting the right foods in you!.
Get the right foods, not bad foods, make sure you get all the right nutrients to!.
Exercise is important, make sure you get about 30 minutes each day!.
If you eat foods witha high GI you wont feel full for long enough, so get plenty of foods with a low GI!.

Low GI foods
Fruits - apples, apricots, blackberries, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, limes, pears, plums, strwaberries, blueberries, cherries, grapes, oranges, bananas (pick ones with green tips)!.
Veg - tomatoes, avocados, beetroots, carrots!.
Grain based foods - barley, oatmeal, wholemeal rye bread!.

Heres a plan that will help you

Breakfast
Have one of these
Muesli - pick a muesli that contains plently of nuts and seeds and raisns, since this combination will be broken down into glucose relatively slowly!.
Fruit with yogurt and seeds - choose fruit witha low GI score, such as apples, apricots, strawberries and pears!. Sprinkle some seeds and/or nuts on your yogurt to have a good protein amount, and keeps you feeling full!.

Or make your own (pick low GI fruit)!.

Snak beetween here, have a smoothie, or some low GI fruit, with some nuts!.

Lunch -
Pick one of these
Salad - Cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, lettuice - Add a brown rice salad because it is high in B vitamins, so makes a good choice of lunch time starchy complex carbohydrate!.
Protein such as kidney beans or chick peas boost the mineral content and makes it convert more slowly into glucose, so add some protein!.
Sandwich - Choose brown bread, and add lots of veggies and protein to it!.

Snack beetween here, have a smoothie, some Low Gi fruit, some rice cakes with banana on, oatcakes, ryebread, or anything like that!.

Dinner -
For dinner its good to have complex carbs, and plenty of protein 65% protein, 35% carbohydrates, because chances are you wont burn off the carbohydrates
What ever you decide to have just make sure you get the most out of it!.
Try vegetable stir fry and add tofu, or other sources of protein (chick peas, kidney beans)!.



Reduced calorie intake it can = Less energy released, disrupted rate, rasied adrenaline levels!.

Result = Unststainble diet regime, fatigue, hunger cravings, slow or no further weight loss!.



Small regular meals = Energy released consistently, active metabolic rate, reduced need for adrenaline!.

Result = High energy levels, no hunger cravings, steady weight loss

Starving yourself will likely make you gain wait, since the 1000 calorie diet in not sustainable!. You'll trick you metabolism for the short term!.!.!.but it will come back to bit you a couple months down the road!.

You'll be better off drinking more water, and just eliminating 1 or 2 things from you current diet!.

Things you can eliminate!.
Cookies
Ice cream
Chips or snack food
Snacking at night!.
Soda or other sugar laden drinks
