I'm eating Healthy and doing Turbo Jam everyday is this healthy wise below?

(Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun)

B-Oatmeal w/ Raisins, Yogurt or Piece of Fruit, Water
L-Turkey Sandwich w/ Veggies, Spring Salad, Water
D-Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast w/ Steamed Veggies, Water

(Tue, Thur, Sat)

B-Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal w/ Skim Milk. Yogurt
L-Lettuce Wrap, Spring Salad
D-Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

I indoor walk 4 miles and I just recieved the Turbo Jam Workout. I weigh 315lbs will I lose anymore weight and is this eating healthy.

I do eat Healthy Snacks in between meals and I love to eat Fresh Fruit and Raw Veggies. I didn't want to list them down.
