When doing multiple reps?!


Question: When doing multiple reps!?
Say i'm doing several sets of bicep curls or any other exercise, how much time should be allowed beween sets of 13 or 14 reps per set!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your training for size, keep it around 6 -10 reps with a 3:2 ratio (3 sec up and 2 sec down) with one min!. rest in between sets for optimal growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
