Answers:
You cannot spot reduce the fat on your legs - regardless of how you adjust the resistance on the bike!.

All you can do is cardio to lose fat, and hope your body burns it from where you want it to!.!.!. and resistance to build muscles - which will in turn help you burn fat more quickly!.

Building muscle in your thigh will not cause your body to burn fat in your thigh more quickly - it will still decide where it wants to burn the fat anyway!. But if you have more muscle tone in your thigh, it will look better than if it your thigh has flacid muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add resisitance in increments and also change it up often!. Have you ever taken a spin class!? If you don't have them near you, you can still do it yourself!. Put on your ipod and switch your speed and resistance often!.

Also, trade off standing and then sitting while you are pedaling!. Keep to the beat of the music and speed up and slow down often!. Just change it up and keep your thighs guessing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a mixture of resistance and turnover!. make sure ur dieting too and strength training that focuses on your legs as a whole, will in turn work your "inner thigh"!. Your legs, just like the rest of your muscular structure work as one unit!. You need to work your thighs, hamstrings, calves and core to get maximal results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, resistence will definitely help!. That will burn fat!. It also builds more muscle than the speed, so eventually you would be getting bigger legs muscle wise, but dont worry about that!. Start with the resistence, and when you feel your legs are good, then work in the speed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

more resistance = stronger/leaner thighsWww@Answer-Health@Com
