Is my body weird???!


Question: Is my body weird!?!?!?
ok heres the thing!. I'm 5'3 weight 166 lbs, yes!.!.i know im really overweight for my body!. But I get hot!.!.!.and start sweating really quick!. And when i sweat i mean i sweat seas!.!.!.it's ridiculous!. I don't know where all the sweat comes from!. Granted I'm overweight and physical activity is meant to have an effect!.!.!.but I see bigger people!.!.!.and they don't break a sweat for anything!. And im just so evious!. I do drink a lot of water though!.!.!.i don't know if thats good or bad!. Any inisights!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sweat a lot because you're drinking water which is awesome!. When you see people that do not sweat much chances are there they are not drinking enough water!. Keep working out!.!.!.it will get easier as you shed some pounds!. Remember to eat lean proteins, fruits and veggies!. Also avoid processed foods!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Great! Sweat is your body's way to release toxins!. You are probably releasing quite a bit!. Your skin would probably love one of those scrunchy shower scrubbers to take all those toxins that go out onto your skin!.

you should leave food on your plate, only eat when hungry, take small portians, no 2nds!.!.!.ever!!! and reduce your screen time (computer,tv,video games, ect!.!.!.) to 1hr a day, it will force you to go outside and play!. play with a pet (dog or cat) if you have one and take them on walks(dogs) and play with a bouncy ball with them (cats) outside!. Chase your kitty around and throw the bouncy ball everywhere!. go outside and play basketball, soccer, or go to the local park with a sibling to play baseball!.only eat when you are hungry, and if u have a snack, make it be a fruit or veggie!. and also work our!. do cardio (swimming, running walking, anything that gets ur heart moving) 4-6 times a week!. also do sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, and weight lifting while watching TV!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweating is good for you!. Keep working!.

Things I do to stay healthy is I play fun games with friends, run around at recess besides sitting, and I walk a mile on the tredmill every so often!. Getting normal size ISNT easy!. That's why you do a small amount of things In a period of time, instead of exercising your head off in a short period of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try exercising more!. Maybe the sweat will go away!? It also might be a sweat gland disorder or something!. I've never heard of anything like that but who knows!. Just string a towel over your neck when you can when you're exercising!. If it's really bothering you, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
