for like summer and im going to be a senior and i just want everything to be perfect, i am a picky eater, i dont eat meat and i dont have a lot of free time but anything you know will help thanks so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is good thing that you want to lose weight!. It will be still better if you strengthen your body muscles too!. Here is the method already tested by me!. It works wonders if done seriously!. The details are given below!.

1!. As soon as you get up in the morning, start drinking water glass by glass!. Drink as much water as you can with out brushing your teeth or cleaning your mouth and before going to toilet!. This will kill harmful bacterias inside your belly!.
2!. Sit on your both the feet, try to bring your both leg knees as close as possible do and any activity like reading newspaper etc!. Start with 5 min and slowly increase up to hrs!.
3!. Drink minimum 3 liters of water daily!.
4!. Do not use table and chair for eating the meals!. Sit in the posture as told at sl!. no!.2 above!.
5!. Follow the diet and exercise as per details given at site!. The information will cost you a few tens of dollars at the site!.

drink 8 glasses of water a day in an 8 hour day that is a glass of water an hour!. once you get used to drinking water you will want it more and more!. also take a walk around the block daily!. if you eat 3 big meals a day try put lunch and dinner on lunch sized plates they are smaller so you may loose that way!. you can also try 6 small meals a day eating every 2 or 3 hours every day!. i hope this helps you, you have my support!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing is perfect so don't trip on that!. Senior year is something to enjoy but don't loose track of what else you have to do depending on your future!.
