Question: How much muscle could i gain this summer!?
This summer i really want to get huge!. I am 16 (almost 17), 6 foot 8 and weight about 318 lbs, and this summer i really want to lose my fat and gain enough muscle to be shaped, so how much muscle could i gain in 3 months if i work out 4 hrs a day (through out the day) every other day, and eat very healthy, i would really like to lose 40lbs of fat and gain 50 lbs of muscle, and if i cant gain that much in the summer how long would it take to gain that much with that workout schedule!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you ever worked with weights before!? Because if you have your instructor would have told you that it all depends on the person!. No one knows how long it will take you to get muscle, some people get it extremely fast, others take alot more time to develop!. It just depends on who you areWww@Answer-Health@Com

like 5-6 years of hard work!.!. putting on muscle is a very difficult process and its even harder to lose weight and put on muscle at the same timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
