How can i lose weight in 6 days?!


Question:

How can i lose weight in 6 days?

Im 13 and overweight, is there any way i can lose weight in 6 days? there is one problem, im not a very healthy eater as i dont like fruit and veg! so this is probably going to be impossible


Answers:

Try eating fruit! Seriously --- eat some red grapes, or a banana, or an apple. I'm a fruit-o-holic and I don't understand how anyone couldn't like fruits.

As for veggies --- I don't like them all that much either but I make myself eat them anyways. Try things like snap peas, baby carrots, corn, grape tomatos.

Drink plenty of water and if you are in the habit of drinking juice and soda, try diet and/or those low-cal/no-cal individual water flavouring packs.

If you eat smaller portions and healthier things throughout the day, you will lose weight. How much? You can never be absolutely sure.

Why six days? A change like this should be a living habit :)
