Do you think it is possible to loose at least 10 lbs by July 04th!? I'm 5'5 170 lbs!. I just joined a gym and will be going there at least 3x a week!. What kind of activities should I be focusing on!? Need advice! Thank you! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When in school & participating in sports (wrestling),could loose 7lbs in one workout setion by sweating!.Would wear sweat clothes,jog,&donot drink fluids!.The human body is composed basicly high % fluid!.Be careful you must maintain proper body hydration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
