I have a Bench, Barbells, and Dumbbells!. How frequent i should workout in a week to gain more and more muscle!. What kinda workout i can do with the limited equipment!. If any body can help me in making a week long program for the said equipment!. What kinda diet i should go for!? Are whey protiens safe!?!?!?!?
