Nothing works?!


Question: Nothing works!?
I've been dieting since Feburary and nothing gets this fat off me!. I exercise, I do everything but nothing!. I've dropped 15 pounds!. That all came off in the first 3 months but now nothing!.

My usual eating/exercise day:
Breakfast
- Half a banana
Luch
- Half a banana
Dinner
- Small amount of whatever my parents cook!. I only eat it if its healthy though!.
I do 1/2 jogging daily and I fit in as much exercise into my day as I can!. I weigh 98 and I'm 5'4"!. How can I loose this extra weight!? I'm sick of this!!

Even though you think you need to lose weight, your body, knows better!. It's telling you that you are already at the right weight!. If there's no fat there to lose, then all the dieting and exercise in the world isn't going to help you to lose something that isn't there!.

Continue your exercise program and try to eat more -- yes MORE -- but make sure you are eating a balanced diet!. Your body knows what it needs, and what you are eating is not the right stuff!. You need a mix of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat and grains!. Studies have shown that what you put into your body when you are young will affect how you look when your old!. You especially need to increase your calcium intake, because your bones area already starting to lose their density, and you are setting yourself up for a future of osteoporosis!.

When you start eating a balanced diet, your body will start to respond to the extra calories and exercise by building and toning up your muscles!. Look at actresses like Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Anniston!. They are thin, but they have great muscle tone!. They both do Pilates to stay in shape!.

Try to remember that skinny doesn't necessarily mean healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body has no more weight to lose!. 5'4" and under 100 pounds is extremely thin and your body is doing everything it can to hang on to what little fat you have left because if you lose anymore fat it could be dangerous!.

If you are unhappy about your body talk to you doctor and he/she can refer you to someone that can help you with your body image issues before it turns into a full-blown eating disorder!. Please get help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not eating enough, and you're slowing down your metabolism in the process, making it harder for you to lose weight!. Start eating more for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and try eating healthy snacks in between these meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For one you are not eating enough!. And you are very underweight!. Your body is telling you not to loose anyomore!. It is starving and anything that you do eat it is hoarding the calories!. You need to eat to loose weight believe it or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had written something else but have changed it!. Your BMI is 16!.8 -that's well into the underweight category! You obviously aren't seeing the real you in the mirror!. You need to talk to your parents or someone who can help you!. Hope you're alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How can you weigh 98 pounds and have "extra weight"!? If you think you need to lose weight, theres a chance you need professional counseling!. You absolutely have to eat more than a half a banana for breakfast and lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What are you anorexic!? You need to GAIN some weight! Eat the whole banana, in fact eat two bananas for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and whatever your parents cook for dinner, regardless of whether it's healthy or not!. You lost 15 pounds, isn't that enough!? Aren't you happy that you lost those pounds!? Why do you want to lose more weight, you're already underweight!. Be happy that you lost 15 pounds!. Now keep up the exercise and start eating something!. After you manage to eat two bananas for breakfast and not throw up, then also have a glass of milk with your bananas!. Then after that start eating cereal, and pick the healthy cereal, with not a lot of sugar!. And eat it with milk!. You can put honey too!. That's breakfast, now for lunch, you're gonna start eating salads everyday, with a glass of orange juice!. After you manage to eat a salad and not throw up, you're gonna add a slice of bread and some cheese to your lunch!. You can pick the healthy cheese, like mozzarella, brie, etc!. Then after a while you can add chicken to your salad!. Now, for dinner, you can either eat what your parents cook, or you can cook your own spaghetti, and eat it with pasta sauce and cheese, and you can add some salad to that too, and also a piece of fruit!. Or you can make rice, or potatoes, or beans, etc!. That's how you're gonna start eating!. Okay!? Gosh, I feel so sorry for you, for the last time, YOU'RE NOT FAT!! You're skinny! Even if you gain back the 15 pounds you'll still be skinny!! You need to gain like 20 or 25 pounds, to be in the normal range!. Okay!?
