Beginners Guide to the Gym?

Hi guys. I have recently started using the gym and am basically looking to lose a little bit of weight and tone up. I am currently sticking quite heavily to cardio work, particularly the rower and exercise bikes. I try and row around 4000 meteres 4 times a week (at the highest resistance level)and bike at least 10km. For all you experienced gym users out there can I expect to see results soon or am I doing the wrong combinations?


Answers:

You need to do something that gets your whole body moving - not just the arms or legs.

Get on the treadmill, jog, walk, take a kickboxing class, etc.
