Question: Is there anyway to tone up quickly!?!?
well I havn't been excericing very often lately and need to tone up and loose a bit of wieght

By Friday!? No!. Weight lose does not happen overnight just like you didn't gain it overnight!. Set a goal a couple month out and do this:
1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6
meals a day!. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least
1200!. Can eat more calories if you are more active!.
2) Drink plenty of water!. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon
is preferred!.
3) Do full body weight training 2-3x a week where you are shooting for 3 sets
of 8-10 reps with a weight that is heavy for you!. Focus on compound
movements!.
4) Get some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes per
session!.
5) Track your progress and consumption!. By keeping track of everything you
eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if
