Question: PLEASE ANSWER, A QUESITON ABOUT My DIET!.!?
I am 13!. Is it okay that I don't eat anything except fruit from Monday-Thursday, and then on Friday,Saturday, and Sunday I eat about 1,000 calories!? I also am a gymnast, and I workout 4 hours a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, that's awful!.!.!.fruit obviously is good, but you also need protein, calcium, and carbs, especially for all the aerobic activity you do!. Your body can't perform at its best when it's not filled with needed nutrients!. The average female body burns about 2,000 calories a day, and that's for people who aren't gymnasts and don't work out 4 hours a day!. Your body needs to burn up energy, and when there's no calories there, it starts eating itself away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you work our 4 hours per day, I'd suggest some organic, hormone-free chicken every other day (1/4 - 1/3rd lb!.)
Just try some green beans & peas with it!.
