Full body workout?!

Question: Full body workout!?
what is a full body workout!? Does it mean working out your entire body in one gym session or working out in such a way that you cover all major muscles in a week!?

In case its entire body in a single day, do we need to increase the rest period in between workouts, because working out the entire body will leave every muscle sore!.!.

Also is it normal to have a difference between muscle sizes in right and left!. For example if you are a right hander, is it normal for your right bicep to be a bit bigger than your left!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check out bodybuilding!.com and type "full body workout" into the search engine there, they have some very good articles! Here's one:

But yep, it means working out your entire body in one gym session- typically one exercise for each of the larger muscles groups!. There's lots of ways to do it (read that answer above mine!) As far as which exercise, how many reps and how much weight, and how long a rest period- that all depends!!! It depends on your goals and what you are trying to accomplish!. It also depends on how often you already workout, where you are at in your fitness level, depends on your body type, how fast you recover, etc!.

It is normal to have a difference in muscle size!. For example, fencers sometimes have a bigger quad and arm!. But you want to counter any muscular imbalances through your training program to keep good body symmetry and lower any risks for injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it means all muscles in one workout!. It's especially good for people new to weight training!. You should rest for at least a day between workouts!. You can increase rest if you're still sore or if you start to plateau in your progress!. It's true that splits give each muscle more time to rest and recover, but that extra time isn't necessary at the early stages of weight training (~first 6-9 months), which is the same period where full-body workouts are best!.

It's normal to have some difference in size or strength if you use one side more than the other (quite likely if you're right-handed)!. But it's usually not externally noticeable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Full body workouts typically refer to hitting the entire body in one session a couple of times a week!. You do this by focusing on the compound movements, doing supersets, and dropping the isolation movements!.

Muscle imbalance is very common and nothing to be too concerned about!. You can set things right by switching to dumbbells instead of barbells!. Dumbbells will help strengthen your stabilizer muscles better as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In my opinion a total body workout is a workout where in one gym session you exercise every major muscle grouping!.

The way that I structure my total body workouts is to work on my legs first, then back and finally chest & arms!. That way you rest each group after working on them!.

I think that the muscles on your favored side your body will be slightly bigger than your non-favored side!.
This can be rectified when working out if you use hand weights (dumb bells) rather than machine weights or using a bar bell!.
When using machine weights/bar bells you will find that your favored side will do most of the work!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it means covering all the main muscle groups on your body, probably swimming, running that kind of exercise would target these areas!. also you need to be having at least at day or two rest to let the muscles grow!.

yea it usual is normal some people are more dominant with their right than their left and vice versa, such as footballers who are better right footed than their left!. Just depends on the activity i supposeWww@Answer-Health@Com

lol the last bit was funny some one has been playing with hiself to much lol try to swap hands
full body workout means you work your whole body that day but most people who do weight training split it up into a week for the major muscle groups and resting should be 24 to 48 hours
a full body work out, is mostly for tonning muscle not building bulk muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
