hello !.!. im 77 kgs now !.!. and i want to loose 5 kgs in 10 days !.!.!. as i have to attend my cousins marraige and i want to look super cool !.!.!. so plz suggest me some diet tips !.!. and exerices !.!. i want the result to be Perfect !!

eat perfectly and workout everyday from now until then!. stand up tall with good posture at the wedding and that will give you the appearance of shedding some wt!. drink lots of water, lay off the salt and soda for the next 10 days to avoid water retention and you will feel better too!.
eat lots of fruit and veggies and fiber rich breads so you are not 'backed up'!.
then continue with this healthy lifestyle so that next wedding you dont have to crash diet :)

I would try a detox diet!. They clean out your system and are more healthy than either starvation or miracle pills!. You can also juice for a couple of days!. If you either live near a smoothie place or have a juicer try that!. After I have juiced for a day, I feel great>Www@Answer-Health@Com
Cut soda and junk food completely out of your diet and salt as well because it can make you retain water weight!. Drink lots of water and do cardio as much as possible!. Also try not to eat late eat around 5 or 6 and then exercise before bed!. Hopefully this will help good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
