Breast exercise - I need help?!


Question: Breast exercise - I need help!?
My breasts are a C cup!. But my boobs are not firm at all, they look like a B!. They go to sideways A LOT when I don't wear a bra (I can put my hand between them!. The space is THAT big)!. Plus, they're getting saggy!. I heard I need to exercise with dumbells but have no clue what kind of moves I should do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Female breasts are different they come in all shapes and sizes and pointing in all kind of directions =P

You shouldnt worry much about your breasts I'm guessing they're probably very normal it's just that we're used to seeing one type of breasts in the media and that is fake ones! =D

Anyway if you want to exercise your chest muscles to prevent your breasts from sagging you can do push ups or use the elliptical trainer but focus on pushing rather than pulling!. All the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com
