I have found numerous sites saying the most muscle that can be gained per week is 1 lb!.
If you're bodyfat is staying the same it means you are gaining both muscle and fat!. But 15 lbs a month is ridiculous!. Its better than pretty good, 4lbs of muscle in a month is the best possible!.
My best recommendation is have different workouts and make sure you get enough rest and take in protein (a good part in a high quality whey form) throughout the day (maybe 25 g of protein from different sources including meats 6 times a day)!. Also try to eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
