Question: How do you stop anorexia!?
When i'm hungry, i'll just have a pop or coffee, and i always think I'm fat, even though i'm 5!.2 and weigh 98 Lbs,!.!.!. What do i do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get hungry, just eat!
You can't just have coffee or pop as a meal, you have to have solid foods, or else you'll just get worse!.
98 pounds is definitely not fat!.

you took the first step which is realize that you have a problem w/ anorexia now there's a lot of options
but i always recommend:
therapy
and
prescription medication
this doesn't mean that you are crazy or something like that
but its a disorder and this can help a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just eat when you're hungry, every time you eat think " I'm hungry, my body is telling me I need food, this is good for me" Also see a counsillor or a doctor because you really dont want to develop an eating disorder!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You want to weigh more!? I was at 90 and my weight keeps going up now and it sucks!. Just eat something!.!.!.!.anorexics always say it is easier said then done but that is just an excuse!. Once you eat one day and get back into that habbit it won't be hard to gain weight!. In fact it'll be hard to ever get back to a low weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen, you don't want to scarf all that food down all at once, okay!? Eat lean protien, such as fish, and beef!. have three course meals, with milk!. Always eat a dessert, and have servings of fruit! Therapy is good, and so is eating WHEN you're hungry!. YOU'RE!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you get hungry then try to eat instead of just having pop or coffee!. if it becomes uncontrolable going to a therapist helps a lot! good luck! hope this helps! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
