Question: Bum question; lol;!?
Does any body have any tips on how to lose bum fat, and also how to tone up ya bum!!? lol !. I have quite a perky bum, but its also wobbly!. Tips that cost nothing btw lol, like excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Building your muscles will help your body naturally burn fat and a pound of muscle uses way more calories than a pound of fat so simply having muscle on your body helps you not gain weight by hanging onto excess caloric intake!. Weight training (with free weights) will work best to build your muscles!. To specifically target the butt area- squats work (but if you have bad knees- this might not be a good idea!.) If you belong to a gym you can use their weight lifting machines which will help you make sure you are holding the weights in the right place if you then decide to switch to free weights!.

You can get a set 3-8 lb free weights for @ $5 each at Target!. If you are not familiar with free weight exercises- they are not hard to find online or in a book store!. 3 sets of 10 is a good number to start with!. More reps with less weight gets you toned as opposed to bulky!.

Core strengthening training is also essential!. There are five poses that you can hold starting with 15 seconds each building up to being able to hold them for 1 minute!. Do the poses once a day- every day!. It does not take that much time and it is easy to do while laying in front of the TV or while relaxing- though doing them in the morning works best for me!. You can look them up online as well (and there are plenty of core strengthening books out there too!.!.!.but really, you just need to see the poses and then do them!.)

And don't forget to stretch properly and drink plenty of water!. Bananas will help your muscles as they build!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was watching tv the other day and this documentry came on (i dont no if it was a documentry) and this woman is obsessed ith her bum and she does all theese things to keep it firm and soft:
moisturising cream
100seconds of Bum Clenches (a day)
Exersises
and got a bum massage LOL
And She was voted the sexiest bum (lol i dont mean hobo)

get on all fours, and lift one leg up at a time straight out backwards!. do these one after another, then switch legs!. this will burn fat, and make it firmer and look smoother!.
if you dont like that, you can always resort to squats and lunges!. (these are the more painful) but have quicker better results!. for doing squats, go up against a wall and pretend as if your sitting in a chair for 30 seconds!. get up, lunge from one side of the room back, then do another 30seconds of squats!.

Any cardio will burn fat i!.e jogging (or brisk walking), cycling, swimming, aerobics etc!.!.!.

For toning your bum, try some squats:
