http://picasaweb!.google!.com/tanyap117/Un!.!.!.

I just had my third baby in 4 years in Sept!. '07!. The day I delivered her I weighed 308 pounds!. Since I gave birth I vowed to lose weight (I had said this every time I'd had a baby and never actually followed through)!. Today, I weigh 223!. Only 60 more pounds to go until I reach my goal of 160 pounds!. I have seen a big change physically, but I still feel like a fat chick (which I have been my whole life)!. I don't know how to relate to my ever-changing body, and start to feel better about myself!. Any suggestions!? Check out the link--I have a before and a "so-far" pic of me!. It's not the final yet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gosh you're pretty! I hate to hear you're feeling so bad about yourself!. You've done so fantastically to lose the weight and it's just a matter of persistance!. Keep at what you're doing such as eating healthily and excersizing because it's obviously working!. If you do slip up, (and we ALL do!) just get back on track without being too hard on yourself as this will make you feel worse and therefore less likely to be motivated!.
Keep up the good work and never give up! XWww@Answer-Health@Com

As far as your esteem goes, like you said, it's an everchanging body!. Until you get to the weight you want, you;ll be hard on yourself!. But once you get there, you'll be so proud of yourself!!!

Yeah, Im tired of being fat to!. Ive always struggled with my weight!. When I was thirteen i weighed 175 and then I lost down to 155!. And thats where I stayed until I gained back to 175 when I was eighteen!. I went on a diet and lost down to 130 stayed there for a few years!. Then I slowly started gaining weight again!. I really put on weight fast when I started dating my ex boyfriend, who was a total jerk!. I put on 60 pounds dating him!. Then I met my current boyfriend got pregnant for 4 months before it ended in a miscarriage, but I had put on an addtitional 20 pounds from that!. So, at 210 pounds I weighed the most I have ever weighed in my life!. I started a diet last month and ive lost down to 202, but I still feel fat!. I don't feel like ive lost one pound and I seem to be stuck!.!. None of my clothes i have fit me right and im disgusted everytime I look in the mirror!. But Im determined to lose the weight and Im going to keep doing the best I can!. Because I know what it is to feel goo and be at a healthy weight!. And I do want to try again and have a baby someday!. And I want to be healthy!. But your doing great and youve inspired me to keep trying even harder!. Keep it up!. And you are really pretty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well let me begin with telling u that your baby is absolutely gorgeous!.

ok, first things first, to be happy with your body u need to embrace it!. U need to know that one day u will reach your goals and u need to have a vision of what u will look like when your reach that goal in your head and work toward that!. Cut out a picture of someone from a magizine or the internet, someone with the body that u want (be reasonable) and cut out a picture of ur face and put it on the picture!. This may sound strange, but i actually read this!. This gives u a mental image of your dream body and helps u reach taht goal!. Start small and make your goals with steps, you when u succeed step by step, your morale will keep positive rather than looking too far down the road- this may seem impossible!. u go lady!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To acheive any weigh loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own!.
If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger!.
Try doing some ab work and don't forget to work out your obliques (your "love handles")
Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too!. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn!. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest!. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off!.!.!. but everything takes time!. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more!. But don't give up and stay motivated!.!.!. we all hit plateus!. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times!. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience!.
And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems!. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc!.
Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week!. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself!.
But anyways, remember that the number on the scale doesn't define you!.!.!. you define you!. The scale can't tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel!.!.!. so don't rely so heavily on that scale!. Our bodies's weight constantly fluctuates all the time!.!.!. so it isn't always so reliable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to feel depressed and cry over my weight EVERY night! So I went to my school library, and started reading a book!. Here are some things that I read:
-losing weight won't change who you are!. People probably won't like you any more or any less than they do now!.
-You shouldn't want to lose weight to look good for others, but to be healthy!.

Yesterday, I started looking at myself in the mirror!. I just kept telling myself, "Hey, I'm losing weight, so all I have to do is be patient!. I'm starting to like the way I look!" *So everyday, tell/write down 3 things you like about yourself!. It will boost our self esteem!. (The book also recommended to do that!.)*

Your baby is cute, by the way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
