Im a 13 year old Male and shall soon turn 14 years old entering high school. I need 2 lose weight. I'm 5 ft 8" and weigh 130 lbs. How much weight should i lose and how?
Answers:
you don't sound overweight. If you are 5 ft 8", that is about normal.
But if you insist on losing weight, do it the healthy way...Diet (simple things like cutting back on sweets), exercise (just have fun playing basketball or riding a bike), and drink lots of water.
Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you work out and exercise and realize your weight not changing or even going up, it is because you are toning up.
