Is this routine good? Please help?!


Question: Is this routine good!? Please help!?
I am just starting to eat healthy and exercise, about a month now!. I eat a turkey sandwich on wheat with spicy mustard for breakfast
go on the tread mill for 35 min at 3-4 mph on a rolling hills setting!.
Eat fruit in between
at lunch another Turkey sand!.
fruit and veggys
supper, something sensable!.

I also do crunches
squats
lunges
"girl" push ups
Am i doing okay!? If now what do I need to change!.
I also drink coffe with 1 1/2 sugers x4 a day
water, water, and more water!.
