Even if you're dieting, you shouldn't go below 1200 to 1300 calories a day unless you're under a doctor's direct care; in other words, if you get a checkup at least once a week!. If you drink nothing but water, you'll go into starvation mode and probably end up in the hospital!.
Stick to the 1200-1300 plan!. Make sure you get enough vitamins and fiber, along with lean protein!. Your weight loss will be slower than starving yourself, but you'll be much more likely to keep the weight off!.!.!. plus, keeping yourself out of the hospital is always nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
